SMS Terms & Conditions

Important information about text message communications from Ad Boost, including how to opt out at any time.

1. SMS Communication Program

Ad Boost operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with prospective and active clients. Messages may include:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Campaign performance alerts and updates
  • Responses to inquiries submitted through our website or forms
  • Time-sensitive service notifications
  • Promotional offers and marketing messages (with your explicit consent)

2. Consent

By providing your mobile phone number through any Ad Boost form, booking page, or direct communication, you consent to receive text messages from Ad Boost at the number provided. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

For marketing text messages, we will obtain your explicit opt-in consent before sending promotional content. Transactional messages (such as appointment confirmations) may be sent based on a business relationship.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your relationship with Ad Boost and the services you have engaged:

  • Appointment and scheduling messages: As needed based on calendar activity
  • Campaign update alerts: Typically 2–4 messages per month
  • Marketing messages: No more than 4 messages per month

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

4. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS communications from Ad Boost at any time using any of the following methods:

  • Text STOP to any message received from Ad Boost — you will receive a one-time confirmation message and then no further messages
  • Text HELP for help or information about the program
  • Email us at info@adboostads.com with your phone number and opt-out request

After opting out, you may opt back in at any time by texting START or by contacting us directly.

5. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Privacy

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in status are treated as personal data under our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Message content may be stored for compliance and service quality purposes.
