SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your opt-in to receive text messages from Ad Boost / The Media Corp Media, LLC (“Ad Boost,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms. Please read them carefully.

Section 1

Program Description

Ad Boost operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with current clients, leads, and prospects regarding:

  • Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations
  • Campaign performance updates and reporting
  • Promotional offers, new service announcements, and marketing updates
  • Onboarding information and account notifications
  • Follow-up communications related to submitted inquiries

Messages are sent from Ad Boost on behalf of The Media Corp Media, LLC, located at 233 Shenandoah Trail, Warner Robins, GA 31088.

Section 2

How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Ad Boost by:

  • Submitting a form on adboost.org that includes a mobile phone number and SMS consent checkbox
  • Texting a designated keyword to our short code or long code number
  • Verbally or electronically consenting during a strategy call or onboarding process

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messaging in order to purchase or receive services from Ad Boost.

Section 3

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your engagement with Ad Boost services and campaigns. You may receive up to 8 messages per month depending on your account activity. Transactional messages (e.g., appointment confirmations) may be sent as needed outside of promotional cadences.

Section 4

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard SMS and data rates charged by your mobile carrier apply to all messages sent and received. Ad Boost does not charge any additional fee for SMS communications. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.

Section 5

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from Ad Boost at any time. To stop messages, reply with any of the following keywords:

ENDUnsubscribe from all messages
UNSUBSCRIBEUnsubscribe from all messages

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in. Opting out of SMS does not affect your service agreement or any other communication channels.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is available on all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and others. Carrier support may vary. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues.

Section 8

Privacy & Data Use

Your phone number and any information collected through SMS interactions are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your number may be used by our SMS service provider(s) solely to facilitate message delivery on our behalf.

Eligibility

By opting in, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to opt in using the provided number
  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are located in the United States
  • You are not opting in on behalf of a minor

Changes to These SMS Terms

Ad Boost reserves the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via SMS or posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued receipt of messages after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
